It's a sole ownership project to make deserts using Palestinian ingredients in order to support the Palestinian economy, not to forget to mention that all ingredients used are organic and homemade trying to stay away from artificial ingredients. This project was established as an income generating project by a mother who wants to support her family. Deserts baked are custom made upon the request of the customers. My products were effectively promoted and well accepted by customers.
The next step with the project is to establish a (workshop) to make deserts and increase the production to provide these (healthy, homemade recipe, special taste, and do not contain artificial preservatives) deserts and delights, in the local market .

MAMA's delights offers cakes & desserts which are handmade, and freshly baked upon request, as desired customers can choose organic ingredients and sugar free delights.  MAMA's delights created a new recipes for cheesecake and non baked delights which are 50% less calories and less fat.
