COSTS
The event is free of charge.
WORKING LANGUAGES
The conference will be in Arabic, French and English, with simultaneous translations.
The working languages for the B2B Meetings are English and French.
The Technical Tour will be held in Italian and Arabic only.
VENUES
The International Conference will take place at Expo 2015 Site.
B2B Meetings will take place in Milan City Center at Palazzo Pirelli (via Fabio Filzi 22 - 1st floor).
The Technical Tours will take place outside Milan.
EXPO TICKETS
The entrance Tickets to Expo will be provided only to the invited participants from the Mediterranean Countries by the organizers and only for the Conference Day (14th October, 2015) for the entire day.
TRANSFERS
Only for the invited participants from the Mediterranean Countries:
Please note that transportation arrangements between the airport and event venues and the hotel will be provided by UNIDO/Promos only from 12 to 17 October 2015. Participants will be picked up and dropped off at designated pick up points. Please indicate in the online registration form the detailed information on your flight and accommodation. If any changes are made to your flight itinerary, UNIDO/Promos should be notified at least 24 hours before.
PASSPORT AND VISA
It is on the responsibility of each participant to check whether he or she will need a Visa to enter Italy. Information can be found at vistoperitalia.esteri.it/home/en by clicking on the “Do you need a visa” link. Participants should select their nationality and residence, duration of stay (up to 90 days) and the purpose of the visit to find out if they require a Visa and to receive information on the documentation required as well as on the Diplomatic/Consular representations where the Visa application should be filed.
Participant should contact directly their local Italian Embassy/Consulate to proceed with their Visa application as soon as possible.
After the registration procedures will be completed, PROMOS will release a letter of invitation when and if required, in order to facilitate the visa application process.
HOTEL
UNIDO / Promos will NOT cover the participant’s accommodation.
Each participant is responsible for the booking and payment of his/her accommodation and extra costs and all incidental charges by his/her personal credit card.
